I have been in real estate sales for 15 years now, and five years ago I decided it was time to try my hand at running
my own business. We've been encouraged by the response we've gotten from friends, and from old and new customers and
business associates, which tells us we've done the thing right.

Our Business Philosophy
A SEAMLESS TRANSACTION. . .A seamless transaction is one there are no "bumps in the road", everything goes so smoothly
you don't even feel the ride. As your broker, my aim is to get you the best value for your dollar while making the sale
or purchase of your home as "seamless" as possible.
About REO Realty
The name REO was meant to attract institutional property owners, - banks, mortgage companies, etc. It stands
for Real Estate Owned, which is a fancy name for the foreclosure departments of banks and VA, Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae
& others. REO works for us, but we do the full gamut of services - We are an accredited buyer broker agency, we will
work exclusively for buyers. And we continue to actively assist homeowners sell residential properties.
The commercial scene is not very active yet, but as the area grows our commercial activity will grow with it. Another
somewhat commercial aspect is the weekly vacation home rental business, which is highly successful and still growing around
Clarksville. Along with long term residential rental management, these functions keep us busy.

Real Estate is challenging, exciting, and tests your limits of determination, especially in the Clarksville
market. We bring to our work ambitious aims to guide clients successfully through this process. Our work
with clients is always honest, intelligent, open and driven to succeed in meeting the needs and goals of those we work

I am a licensed REALTOR Broker and a member of Virginia Association of REALTORS and National
Association of REALTORS. I recently received Accreditation as a Certified Buyer's Agent. A retired
Social Security Claims Representative, we relocated here in in 1991 from the San Francisco Bay Area. I was born in Skipwith
and raised in Philadelphia, where Andrea and I met.
Andrea, a native Philadelphian, has had many years of office experience ranging from payroll to logistics.
Many years prior to the period of service as office manager and rental manger at Century 21, we lived in and managed a 50
unit apartment complex in California
In today's market, you need someone who knows what they're doing and will work hard to get the job
done. My knowledge of the real estate market, negotiating skills, and ability to listen to clients' needs and desires keep
me ahead of my competition. Andrea's exhaustive knowledge of the rental business and hard work has earned her respect
and praise from all.
We care about making a difference. We know people are trusting us with their assets and that is
something we take very seriously. Our customers and clients stay loyal and refer friends & family because they know
we will always do whatever it takes to make sure everything goes smoothly from beginning to end.
As a REALTOR, I take extreme pride in my work. I want no one to ever accuse me of being sloppy or not
caring. I won't tell you just anything to get a listing or a sale, nor will I make up any answer to fit an occasion. If I
do not already know, I will find out. I take pride in educating newcomers to the sometimes complex rules of
Kerr Lake, and guiding them to make decisions they will be happy with later on.
